Makin’ Moves Saturday 24th February @ EartH Kitchen (Situated above EartH Hall)

Makin’ Moves kick off 2024 with a series of parties at one of East London’s best kept secrets, EartH Kitchen which is situated between the famous Earth Hall and EartH Theatre spaces in Dalston. The space is the perfect spot to dance with high ceilings, wooden floor and state of the art sound system.

London’s deep house pace setters Matt and Jamesey will be playing their first gig of the year wth excitement building since their last gig in December at Rolling Stock where they took the roof off! The boys will have a lot of unreleased material to hit the dance floor!

Joining them on the night will be Davide Del Vecchio who we welcome back after his awesome set at our 10th anniversary 18 months ago. Davide runs the infamous Rehab Ldn parties, and one of London’s best mid-week events House of Groove at Paul Street on Thursday nights. His sets are always quality and full of surprise!

Last but not least, we have the awesome Brother James, who’s had a really busy start to 2024 with sets at Soul fusion in Birmingham and The Shelter in Liverpool! James’s sets are always vibrate and full of soul!

Limited £10 tickets are available via RA - https://ra.co/events/1850198

Makin’ Moves Saturday 2nd December @ Grow Hackney

Our penultimate event of the year sees us head back to one of our favourite venues Grow in Hackney Wick! We’ve had three really great events already this year and our crowd always really enjoy it as the club is one of the best small spaces to get down in London into the small hours!

Matt & Jamesey have probably had their busiest year since the pandemic, culminating with their feature in the summer edition of Faith Magazine and this month celebrating their 200th label release. If you haven’t been to one of their events think, smiling people, quality soulful music with dancers getting down.. Everyone is welcome in our house!  The boys will be joined on the night by Abel aka Steve Butler who will be making the trip down from the north east. From catching the house bug in the late 80s as a devout collector, his DJ career went from strength to strength. It saw him perform across some of the UK’s most prestigious nights including the Southport Weekender, not to mention internationally.

He’s recently dropped his second studio album “Cosmic Law’ which is getting a lot of praise from all corners, where he’s collaborated with some notable talents and musician and singers including Rona Ray and Sabrina Chyld. Check out the album on his bandcamp page.  His current single “Cant Let You Go” with Rona Ray on vocals has been getting serious air play on all the main dance shows and we look forward to welcoming him to Makin Moves on the 2nd!

Theres a bunch of early bird tickets available from Dice so make sure you grab them early otherwise take your chance on the door!  https://dice.fm/event/kyldl-makin-moves-w-abel-2nd-dec-grow-london-tickets
